Director of Operations
Susan acts as a strategic partner and works closely with the team to ensure they are meeting firm and client expectations. She works collaboratively to develop and improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the team. She also works as a liaison between clients and advisors to ensure clients’ needs are addressed fully and promptly.
Playing an integral role in making sure the team operates smoothly and efficiently is Susan's specialty. She is responsible for the operations of the Lafayette office including technology, compliance, facilities management, and supervisory duties over the administrative staff.
Susan started full-time with FPC in 2002 after obtaining her Associate Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Business College. Susan and her husband, Chris, have four children, Kayla, Grant, Evan and Leah. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
